Knife sharpening workshops at RUNY Knives – Lublin

Want to learn how to effectively sharpen knives? I invite you to professional knife sharpening workshops, designed for groups of at least 2 people. We offer comprehensive training in knife sharpening by hand, divided into theoretical and practical parts.

What will you gain during the workshops?

  • Theory : You will learn key information about knife steels, as well as the construction and geometry of the blade, which affect its sense of sharpness. You will learn what to look for when buying a knife and what "knife sharpness" really means. You will also learn how to ensure that the knife stays sharp for a long time and how to choose the right sharpener.
  • Practice : You will learn manual sharpening techniques and try them out on our sharpeners. Take your knives (preferably kitchen knives) – they will return home with you with a completely new sharpness, and you with new knowledge and skills.
