Group knife sharpening workshops at RUNY Knives – Lublin

Want to learn how to effectively sharpen knives? I invite you to professional knife sharpening workshops, designed for groups of at least two people. I offer comprehensive knife sharpening instruction, divided into theoretical and practical sections.

What will you gain during the workshops?

• Theory : You'll learn key information about knife steels, as well as the construction and geometry of a blade, which influence its sharpness. You'll learn what to look for when buying a knife and what "knife sharpness" really means. You'll also receive practical tips on how to care for your knives to keep them sharp longer and how to choose the right sharpener.
• Practice : You'll master hand-sharpening techniques and test them on our sharpeners. Bring your dull knives (preferably kitchen knives) with you – they'll return sharper than ever, and you'll gain new skills and knowledge that will last a lifetime!

• Corporate/group workshops with travel to you are also possible.
