Group knife sharpening workshops at RUNY Knives – Lublin

Do you want to learn how to effectively sharpen knives? I invite you to professional knife sharpening workshops, intended for groups of at least 2 people. I offer comprehensive knife sharpening training, divided into theoretical and practical parts.

What will you gain during the workshops?

• Theory : You will learn key information about knife steels, as well as the construction and geometry of the blade, which affect its sense of sharpness. You will learn what to look for when buying a knife and what "knife sharpness" really means. You will also receive practical tips on how to care for your knives so that they stay sharp longer and how to choose the right sharpener.
• Practice : You will master manual sharpening techniques and test them on our sharpeners. Take your blunt knives (preferably kitchen knives) with you - they will come back sharper than ever, and you with new skills and knowledge that will stay with you for a long time!

• Duration : about 2 hours
• Cost :
  • PLN 500 – group of 2 (PLN 250/person)
  • PLN 600 – group of 3 (PLN 200/person)
  • 720 PLN – group of 4 (180 PLN/person)
  • PLN 800 – group of 5 (PLN 160/person)

• Location : RUNY Knives Workshop, Krakowskie Przedmieście 41/16, Lublin
• Corporate/group workshops with travel to you are also possible.
